Position

Kseniya Elfimova focuses her practice on international commercial and investment arbitrations, litigation, and dispute resolution She advises on English litigation relating to complex cross-border financial and shareholding structures, disputes on joint ventures and foreign investments, as well as large infrastructure projects, including oil and gas pipelines.

Kseniya covers a broad range of contentious matters, as well as general commercial matters. She has significant experience advising major banking and financial institutions, manufacturing and supply clients, as well as private clients in international litigation and arbitration. Kseniya has been involved in a broad range of matters, in particular involving allegations of gross breaches of commercial contracts, misuse of funds, misappropriation of assets, and shareholder disputes.
