Position

Michael Madden is a partner in the firm's litigation practice and leads the commercial litigation presence in London with his extensive experience with clients in Europe, Asia, and the U.S.

He has extensive experience as the lead partner in disputes involving corporate acquisitions, divertitures, and joint ventures in various industries. His wide-ranging disputes practice includes international and domestic contracts, finance transactions, real estate, tax, defamation, professional negligence, and insolvency issues. His track record in administrative law and juticial review is also well-established.

Career

Michael received an LLB from the University of London (London School of Economics) with honours, in 1984.

Member

Michael is a member of The Law Society, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and an accredited mediator.

Education

Mr Madden received an L.L.B. from the University of London (London School of Economics), with Honours, in 1984.
