Position

Stewart Worthy is a corporate and finance partner. His practice focuses on complex cross-border transactions, with a particular focus on in-bound UK investments and English law deals in Central & Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. 

Stewart advises on acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, international securities offerings, strategic alliances, lending, and other commercial transactions. His clients include companies in a wide variety of sectors, including automotive, packaging, manufacturing, retail, clean technology, mining, and oil & gas. 

Education

Stewart received a B.A. in History, with honors, from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne in 2002. He received a Post Graduate Diploma in Law in 2003 from the College of Law, Guildford, where he completed the Legal Practice Course in 2004.
