Justin McClelland is a partner in the litigation department. He focuses his practice on cross-jurisdictional disputes and contentious regulatory matters. Justin represents clients across a number of services including financial services, transport, construction, pharmaceuticals, and energy. 

Justin's experience includes:

Contentious regulatory investigations;
High-value litigation;
Sensitive corporate investigations;
Fraud and related advisory matters; and
Creation and implementation of compliance procedures.


Prior to his private practice, Justin served as a lawyer in the British Army, reaching the rank of Lieutenant Colonel and prosecuting cases spanning the criminal spectrum at Courts Martial, as well as advising and negotiating at the highest levels of government on sensitive operational and diplomatic issues across several theatres of operations.


Justin received an LLB in 1990 from the University of Reading and completed his LPC in 1991 at Chester College of Law.
