Senior counsel in corporate department. Advises on corporate affairs, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, MBOs and joint ventures. Also focuses on corporate transactions in the music business. Practice includes private placements and venture capital investments. Has considerable experience with inward- and outward-bound acquisitions, and with establishing European operations for US companies. Clients include companies in a variety of technology sectors. Also acts for one of the ‘major’ record companies and one of the UK’s leading independent record companies. Has been named as a leading corporate practitioner in ‘Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession’, ‘The Legal 500’ and ‘Commercial Lawyer’.
