Position
Ms. Holland is a partner in the London office of WilmerHale and her practice focuses on the operation of UK, US and European equity remuneration plans. Ms Holland specialises in the establishment of share schemes (in the UK, notably enterprise management incentives) for employees and non-employees, and the impact of corporate transactions thereon. Ms. Holland’s transactional experience includes dealing with share incentive aspects of full and partial takeovers, US mergers, delistings, IPOs, schemes of arrangement, right issues, demergers, venture capital investments and private equity transactions. Ms. Holland also advises on tax, labor and securities law aspects of implementing and amending international equity arrangements.
