Another highlight saw Servais and others act for¬†ABN Amro Bank, Barclays, ING Bank, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and Unicredit on the financing to EQT of its acquisition of pan-European dental business Curaeos. Servais was also part of the cross-office team, which assisted Credit Suisse and Barclays with the ‚ā¨670m financing of Lone Star's acquisition of minerals company Imerys. Another key figure is¬†Thierry Bosly, who has more than 25 years of experience in advising borrowers and lenders on matters connected with receivables finance, public offerings of bonds, securitisations and project finance, among other areas. Servais and Bosly co-head the practice with counsel¬†Willem Van de Wiele, whose banking transactional work is complemented by his expertise in banking and financial services regulation.
