Has two decades of experience trying and litigating commercial cases, including the successful defense of numerous jury trials with hundreds of millions of dollars at stake. Focuses on significant commercial, IP, and antitrust matters for major clients in the media, consumer electronics, and insurance sectors, including ESPN, The Walt Disney Company, DirecTV, Panasonic, and Farmers Insurance.

In recent successes, 'brilliant litigator' David Lender and Eric Hochstadt obtained a complete defense jury verdict for client C&S Wholesale Grocers in an $800m antitrust class action in Minnesota, while David Yohai won an appeal for Discovery Communications at the Fourth Circuit in a content distribution dispute brought by one of the company's television distributors. Out of the Princeton office, 'excellent advocate' Diane Sullivan secured a victory for SAC Capital in long-running litigation when a New Jersey Superior Court granted the client's motion for summary judgment and dismissed the claims in a lawsuit with over $1bn at stake. Edward Soto in Miami co-chairs the team alongside Lender; David Singh is based in Silicon Valley.
