Focuses on significant commercial, IP, and antitrust matters for major clients in the media, consumer electronics, and insurance sectors, including ESPN, The Walt Disney Company, DirecTV, Panasonic, and Farmers Insurance.

The team remained busy throughout 2017 and was on track for another solid year in 2018, with several cases set to go to trial. The firm distinguishes itself for having a large number of partners with significant trial experience; among the names to note are Diane Sullivan (who splits her time between New York and Princeton), David Lender, David Yohai and Miami-based ‘experienced partnerEdward Soto. Sullivan and Soto were part of a team that also included Princeton-based Allison Brown which represented Repsol in a dispute concerning the pollution of the Passaic River in New Jersey; after almost a decade of litigation, the team secured a successful close to the case in fall 2017. Elsewhere, Yehudah Buchweitz represented Showtime Networks in a breach of contract case against Charter Communications, which reached an amicable settlement in May 2017.
