Career
Kimberly Blanchard's practice encompasses a variety of international transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and joint ventures. She has lectured and published extensively on topics ranging from international tax planning for US businesses to the special tax issues facing foreign persons, pension plans and other exempt investors who invest in US private equity partnerships and in US real estate. Ms. Blanchard is the former Chair of the Tax Section of the New York State Bar Association.
