Career

Annemargaret Connolly heads Weil’s Environmental Practice. She advises clients on a wide range of environmental concerns in all types of business transactions, working with clients to quantify and contractually allocate potential liabilities in a manner that facilitates clients’ business objectives. Annemargaret has advised clients on some of the most environmentally-sensitive corporate transactions that have occurred in the U.S. and abroad, and has experience counseling on the gamut of environmental topics, including with respect to contamination, compliance, climate change, sustainability, occupational safety, and shareholder, successor and lender liability.
