Anjarwalla & Khanna is a leader in big-ticket syndicated financings, where the firm as gained a market share in a segment typically inhabited by international law firms. It is gaining additional engagements from development finance institutions (DFIs) and foreign banks. The firm has also made an impression in insolvency, restructurings and distressed financings. ATZ Law Chambers has a deep connection to leading Kenyan firm Anjarwalla & Khanna, which is a major regional player in East Africa, and brings a number of large engagements to the firm, and is also a member of the highly reputed Africa Legal Network. The group is also able to leverage the wider firm expertise and resources of its Nairobi and Mombasa colleagues to great effect, notably in the mining and telecoms sectors.
