Stephen’s practice focuses on a wide range of compensation and benefit matters. He has extensive experience advising clients in the design, implementation, and administration of executive compensation and general employee benefit arrangements. This involves counseling clients in connection with the structuring and negotiation of employment agreements, separation agreements, and change in control arrangements with senior executives, as well as providing advice regarding the applicable tax, securities law, corporate governance, and disclosure implications of all types of equity and cash-based incentive plans and arrangements.
