The Cambridge office of Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP plays a central role in the firm's nationwide employment practice, which handles a high volume of cross-border matters for an international client base. The practice has particular experience in the education, financial services, pharmaceutical and transport sectors, for which it handles complex Employment Tribunal litigation, business restructuring and redundancies, and business immigration. Practice head Simon Tytherleigh, co-head of the financial services employment sector team Elizabeth Graves, and head of the firm's international employment counsel team Constanze Moorhouse, are leading lights in the market. The team also includes Matthew Kelly, who has worked on a number of high-profile further education mergers, as well as principal associates Rachel Bennett and Sasha Willmott who both demonstrate broad experience.

Commercial dispute resolution group head in London Mark Davenport is also global international commercial disputes head; Neville Byford has over 25 years’ litigation experience; Richard Little's experience includes high-value actions in the Commercial Court; and Jonathan Leach has particular expertise in energy, trade and finance related disputes.  Lucy Webster and Tim Browning are experienced principal associates, and legal director Rachel Bennet was hired from Enyo Law LLP.
