Within: Employment

Eversheds Sutherland’s practice increased its bench strength significantly recently, most notably boosting its capabilities in restructuring-related employment law and collective bargaining law by adding Marco Ferme and Nina Springer and six other lawyers from BEITEN BURKHARDT in July 2018. The practice, which is co-led by Stefan Kursawe and Frank Achilles, is well versed in handling executive-related issues and company pension matters. Kursawe successfully represented new client Heckler & Koch in a dispute with a former CEO, and assisted Achilles Avery Dennison with the closure of a production site and its relocation abroad.
