Guido is a corporate partner expert in m&a for more than 20 years, heading our environmental and energy group in the Italian Offices. He specialises in environmental liability, remediation of contaminated sites, agreements on environmental matters (settlement, decommissioning, representations, indemnities), wastes and water resources management, REACH compliance, hazardous substances, air emissions.

His recent experience includes assistance to oil companies, to chemical and pharmaceutical companies in the remediation of contaminated sites, in the drawing up of decommissioning agreements and in the REACH registration requirement and compliance.

He has written several articles on environmental and sustainability matters for multiple magazines and has also been quoted in national newspapers. He co-authored the book A Guide to Key Environmental Issues, published by Eversheds.

Guido is a regular lecturer in environmental law at the University of Bergamo and is also a member of the Oxford University Alumni association.
