Greg is a Senior Associate in our International Arbitration Group, based in Paris. He specialises in commercial and international investment arbitration as well as in public international law. He focuses on disputes concerning mainly the energy and natural resources, construction and infrastructure, transport and sports sectors.

Greg has acted in institutional and ad hoc arbitrations, including under the ICSID, ICC, LCIA, CIETAC, and UNCITRAL Rules. His recent experience includes acting for investors in an ICSID arbitration against a European State ; acting for a respondent in a multi-billion dollar arbitration relating to gas sales; advising a State in defending an ad hoc international investment arbitration; acting for a State in a commercial dispute relating to a highway concession; and appearing before the English court for the enforcement of a foreign arbitral award against a State.

Greg has practiced law in London, Moscow and Paris. He has also completed internships in international investment arbitration with the British Institute of International and Comparative Law (BIICL), and in Public International Law with Chatham House / Institute for International Affairs. Greg previously worked as a construction/project manager for architectural and engineering practices.

Il est spécialisé dans les domaines de l'arbitrage des investissements et de l'arbitrage commercial international ainsi que du droit public international. Il intervient dans la résolution de différends principalement dans les secteurs de l'énergie et des ressources naturelles, de la construction et des infrastructures, des transports et du sport.

Greg est intervenu dans des arbitrages institutionnels et ad hoc, notamment sous les règles ICSID, CCI, LCIA, CIETAC et UNCITRAL. Il a récemment agi: pour des investisseurs dans un arbitrage ICSID contre un Etat Européen; pour la partie défenderesse dans un arbitrage représentant plusieurs milliards de dollars en rapport avec la vente de gaz; pour un Etat dans la défense d'un arbitrage d'investissement international ad hoc; pour un Etat Européen dans un différend commercial concernant un contrat de concession autoroutière. Il a également comparu devant la Cour Anglaise afin de faire respecter une sentence arbitrale étrangère rendue contre un Etat.

Greg a exercé à Londres, Moscou et Paris. Il a également effectué des stages en arbitrage des investissements au sein du British Institute of International and Comparative Law (BIICL - l'Institut Britannique de Droit International et Comparatif), et en Droit Public International chez Chatham House / Institute for International Affairs (Institut des Affaires Internationales). Greg a précédemment travaillé en tant que chef de chantier/gestionnaire de projet dans des cabinets d'architectes et d'ingénierie.
