Laura-Beth is a senior associate in our National Planning and Infrastructure Consenting Team.

She advises on all aspects of planning law and is regularly involved in drafting Section 106 Agreements, Section 278/Section 38 Agreements and planning statements. She also deals with applications for planning permission, variation of conditions and for certificates of lawful use or development, preparation of Section 78 Appeals and Enforcement Notice Appeals and assistance at Public Inquiries.

Laura-Beth has recently dealt with some major development projects including applications for nationally significant infrastructure projects submitted to the National Infrastructure Directorate and a compulsory purchase order for a retail park.

Senior associate Morag Roddick focuses on distribution, transport and mining projects along with major urban residential-led extension. Senior associates Karen Mutton and Laura-Beth Hutton are also recommended. Monica Peto stepped down from partnership, but remains at the firm as parliamentary agent.
