Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP delivers an ‘excellent service’ with ‘timely responses’ and ‘fantastic sector knowledge’. Practice head Will Densham is singled out as ‘one of the few genuine specialists in rent review work’ and his team also has expertise in insolvency matters and dilapidation disputes. The department has added Shell and Canary Wharf Group to its list of clients and Densham continues to advise Chelsea FC on the development restrictions and planning elements arising from the £1b re-development of Stamford Bridge stadium. Kate Poole has also been involved in the matter and is praised as being ‘on par with the best for high end property disputes’. In another highlight for the team, the ‘excellent researcher’ Stuart Wortley has been acting for Manchester United FC and The Shard in an effort to tackle the developing trend of dangerous activities being filmed on the rooftops of iconic buildings. John Kemkers and Heather Tomlinson  are recommended while Polly Laycock departed to DAC Beachcroft LLP .
