Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP's team has an excellent reputation acting for both issuers and NOMADs, and it is prominent in large, high-profile AIM and Main Market IPOs, secondary offerings and various other transactions. In 2017, Daniel Hall, Nicola Brookes and senior associate Annika Unsworth acted for Footasylum Plc in its £170m AIM flotation and £40m placing. They also assisted Zeus Capital (as NOMAD and broker) with the £190m AIM IPO of Strix Group Plc. Sebastian Orton and Chris Halliday more recently acted as the lead advisers to OnTheMarket Plc on its proposed £100m AIM IPO. Beyond IPO work, another highlight saw practice head Stephen Nash and legal director Mark Roe advise Investec on a secondary fundraising associated with Conviviality Plc's acquisition of the Central Convenience retail business. The firm also acts for UK investment trusts and Channel Islands-based registered investment companies. Other members of the team include Simon Masters, Alistair Cree, Steven Hacking and Alison Starr.
