Manish Bahl is a Partner at Eversheds B.V. in Amsterdam. He is a dual Dutch and UK registered lawyer specializing in competition law, merger control, commercial contracts and India. He has extensive experience in advising businesses on their cross-border pricing, supply, co- operation/collaboration and acquisition strategies. He deals with regulators in the Netherlands, India, UK as well as with the European Commission and acts for both transacting and opposing parties. Recently, he successfully acted in respect of a standalone competition law claim in the Netherlands. Manish is recommended in Legal 500 Edition 2015 and Chambers Global 2016.

Manish is the founder of the firm's India desk in the Netherlands, and offers India inbound and outbound expertise. He maintains close relationships with Indian counsel, and has recently handled transactional and contentious work in the IT, tax, engineering and retail sectors for clients including a leading Dutch ropes/packaging manufacturer, a US tax firm and an international trust services company based in the Netherlands. He is the only Netherlands based lawyer listed in Chambers Global 2016 for India related work.

Manish is zowel in Nederland als in Engeland erkend als advocaat en heeft zich gespecialiseerd in het ondernemingsrecht, het mededingingsrecht en fusiecontrole. Hij heeft uitgebreide ervaring in verschillende marktsectoren en industrieën, waaronder financieringen, consumptiegoederen, (duurzame) energie, gezondheidszorg en biowetenschappen. Manish voert daarnaast een internationale praktijk met een focus op India en het Verenigd Koninkrijk en heeft de India Desk van Eversheds opgericht. Manish adviseert en vertegenwoordigt cliënten in procedures bij de mededingingsautoriteiten van Nederland, Engeland, India en de Europese Commissie. Hij heeft in 7 landen gewoond (in Europa, Noord en Zuid Amerika, Afrika en Azië).
