Career

Narito is a Partner in the Paris office of Eversheds Sutherland, and a member of the Projects - PPP - Public Law team. He is in charge of environmental law issues (public and private law), and also deals with town planning and administrative law issues. He is a specialist in Environmental Law and is certified by the National Bar Association (March 2015). With ten years of experience, he joined Eversheds in March 2015.

His recent experience includes advising and representing a group specializing in the collection, recycling and storage of non-hazardous waste, operating 80 sites in France (classified facilities, waste management, polluted sites, contaminated land); and advising an international group of companies in relation to building works on a protected site. He also advised a utilities companies in relation to the distribution of electricity, and several clients on their acquisitions or selling of industrial assets.

He has extensive experience of dealing with administrative courts, and also represents his clients in front of civil and criminal courts. Louis-Narito also has a good practical knowledge of the relationships with the various administrative authorities.

Louis-Narito graduated from King's College London, the University of Paris I (post-graduate diploma (DEA) in Environmental Law, and post-graduate diploma (DESS) in public law litigation), and Institut de Droit Public des Affaires. He regularly publishes articles on Environmental Law in the specialized press.

The ten-lawyer team, which assists French and international companies, recently handled strategic regulatory and litigation matters in the transport and education sectors, and was also involved in matters in the audiovisual and environment fields.
