Career

Partner since 2016. Represents financial services clients in a variety of matters. Regularly works with alternative investment managers and principals in founding management companies, launching private funds, establishing compensation arrangements for investment professionals and negotiating strategic transactions and senior-level separations. Also advises clients on compliance and reporting requirements and other matters associated with running an advisory business. Has experience with many of the special structuring, regulatory and tax concerns of private family investment offices, and has represented many of the largest commercial banks, investment banks, finance companies, insurers and industry groups.
