Squire Patton Boggs recently strengthened its practice in order to accommodate a growing workload: senior associate Jérémie Gicquel joined from Paul Hastings LLP in 2017 while a team of three lawyers led by Jean-François Rage were new arrivals in 2018 from Pinsent Masons LLP. The practice, which now combines some 14 lawyers, has strong pan-European capabilities and frequently coordinates large-scale projects from its Paris base. The team advises various UK and US industrial clients and is also assisting several French companies and senior executives. It advises on key projects including post M&A reorganisations and downsizing projects, as well as handling individual and collective litigation. Practice head Jean-Marc Sainsard, Pauline Pierce and Ludovic Roche are highly regarded.
