Career

Sanjarbek Abdukhalilov is a partner in our Saudi Arabian practice, which is operated in association with Dr. Sultan Almasoud & Partners. Sanjarbek is an English qualified solicitor experienced in advising clients in a wide range of sectors in relation to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, capital markets, foreign investments and corporate reorganizations.

Prior to moving to Saudi Arabia in 2012, Sanjarbek worked at the London office of Denton Wilde Sapte (now Dentons) where he advised on public and private M&As, corporate finance and capital market transactions.
