'Arguably the market leaders', Rodrigo, Elías & Medrano – Abogados is a dominant force in high-end, complex transactions. Clients praise its sophisticated offering that is 'best in class for partner involvement', as well as its legal knowledge, responsiveness and communication. The firm is advising Sempra Energy on the Peruvian aspects of the proposed sale of its Peruvian and Chilean business units, including Luz del Sur - potentially the largest deal of 2019 in Peru.
