Praveena Nallainathan is co-head of the Immigration & Nationality Group concentrating on corporate immigration, nationality, and consular law. Her experience includes managing U.S. immigration matters for global companies in the finance, fashion, pharmaceutical, and IT industries, as well as for leading hospitals, newspapers, media companies, and non-profit organizations. She advises in-house attorneys, human resources, and business managers on best practices and strategies in obtaining U.S. temporary visas and lawful permanent residence on behalf of their employees. Praveena is a member of Proskauer’s Pro Bono Initiative Committee and actively promotes pro bono service throughout the firm.
