Position

Robert Cantone is a partner in the Corporate Department. He advises life science companies on their transactional and securities matters. Robert represents public and private companies in acquisitions, divestitures, and other major corporate transactions. He structures and negotiates mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships and commercial transactions. Robert assists clients with securities law compliance matters, particularly public disclosures regarding a wide range of corporate developments, including strategic transactions, clinical trials, government investigations, and civil litigation, and corporate governance matters, including board of directors’ oversight of corporate compliance with laws regulating life science companies.
