Position

Neal Schelberg is a partner in Proskauer’s Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Group. He was appointed by the U.S. Secretary of Labor for a three-year term to serve on the Advisory Council on Employee Welfare & Pension Benefit Plans (the ERISA Advisory Council), and served as the Chair of the ERISA Advisory Council in 2014. Neal serves as fund counsel to the boards of trustees for more than 50 multiemployer pension and welfare benefit plans in numerous industries.
