Position

Andrea Rattner is a partner in Proskauer’s Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Group. She is an immediate past member of the Proskauer’s Executive Committee and former chair of Proskauer’s Tax Department. She practices in the field of executive compensation and employee benefits law and counsels clients with respect to the tax, securities, corporate governance, ERISA and other implications affecting executive compensation arrangements and employee benefit plans. Andrea advises clients on these matters on an ongoing basis as well as in the context of corporate transactions. Her clients include public and private companies, boards and their compensation committees, and executives.
