Position

Michael Sirkin is a former co-chair of both Proskauer’s Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Group and the firm’s Tax Department. Michael focuses primarily in the areas of executive compensation and employee benefits, and frequently represents companies, compensation committees and an exceptional list of CEOs, CFOs and other senior executives in executive employment, severance, equity and other compensation arrangements. In addition, Michael advises various tax-exempt organizations, insurance companies, consultants and executives of tax-exempt organizations on compensation and benefits issues.
