Proskauer Rose LLP continues to handle a broad range of limited partner-side work, and has particular strength in secondaries transactions. Other key names in the Boston office include Mike Suppappola, who is noted for his expertise in representing secondary fund managers in fund formation matters, and Stephen Mears, who handles venture capital mandates and work for institutional investors. In New York, Chip Parsons and Monica Arora are the names to note. In 2018 Malcolm Nicholls moved to Gunderson Dettmer LLP's Boston office.
