Kirby Wilcox is a partner in the Employment Law practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s San Francisco office. His practice involves all aspects of employment litigation and counseling for corporations. Mr. Wilcox has litigated in federal and state courts as well as before federal and state agencies in multiple jurisdictions. He has defended dozens of equal employment opportunity (EEO) and wage-and-hour class actions, litigating them through their pre-trial, trial, and post-trial phases; he has handled many labor arbitrations and has defended hundreds of wrongful discharge actions. He also counsels clients on a wide range of employment matters, including wrongful discharge, EEO, wage and hour, privacy, trade secrets, disability accommodation, occupational safety and health, and family and medical leave.
