Position

Advises on all aspects of both contentious and non-contentious employment law. Acts for a wide range of clients, including both public and private companies and senior executives. Particular experience in advising on individual and team moves, the enforcement of restrictive covenants and board disputes. Work involves litigation in both the High Court and employment tribunals where he has successfully represented clients on significant breach of contract, unfair dismissal and discrimination claims. Also undertakes his own advocacy.

Writes regularly on employment law and speaks at seminars both internally for clients and externally for Croner, Hawksmere and CLT.

  • When the deed is done

    Deeds are used in a commercial context for various reasons. One such use is to record settlement agreements between parties in dispute.
