Capital markets: Orrick’s Asia capital markets team is one of the most active in the market. It has been raising capital through the public markets for more than a decade, including over $6bn for Chinese and Asian issuers in Hong Kong in the last four years.The integrated team of Hong Kong, US and English-qualified lawyers advises issuers and underwriters on securities offerings in Asia, the US and Europe.

M&A: Orrick’s award-winning regional M&A team has a strong track record in advising Asian and multinational companies, and strategic investors, on inbound and outbound complex cross-border transactions.
