The nine-partner team at Morrison & Foerster LLP handles the full gamut of government contracts matters, particularly high-stakes bid protests. Kevin Mullen and Jay DeVecchio led the team defending ManTech International against a bid protest filed by a competitor challenging the award of a multimillion-dollar contract for technology security services to the client; the competitor had been the original recipient of the award but the decision was reversed due to proposal re-evaluations. Other areas of strength for the team include FCA issues, investigations, intellectual property matters and corporate transactions. David Churchill and McLean-based partners Daniel Chudd, Tina Reynolds, Bradley Wine, Richard Vacura and government contractor transaction specialist Damien Specht are other names to note.
