Position
Suhrud is a partner in the London office with corporate finance, banking and restructuring expertise. Mr Mehta has been involved in and structured some of the largest and more complex acquisitions and financings in the UK, European and Asian markets. He also has significant experience in restructurings and work outs, having been involved in several major restructurings in the UK and Europe in prior and the current economic downturns. His clients include the world’s leading banks and financial institutions, private equity investors, distressed funds, investors and corporations.

Trained Ashurst Morris Crisp, London; qualified 1998; solicitor in the international finance department 1998-2000; associate Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy, London 2000-06; partner in the London office 2006 to date.
