Position
Stuart Harray is a partner in Milbank’s Global Corporate Group and is based in the London office. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (public and private), private equity, major projects, joint ventures, restructurings, corporate advisory and commercial/business law. His representations have included matters for Deutsche Bank, General Electric, Cerberus, Merrill Lynch, HVB/UniCredit, Lloyds TSB, Cushman & Wakefield, Denham Capital, MKM Longboat, ViaSat, Canatxx, CIC Finance, Park Square, GFI and Inmarsat. Stuart is admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England & Wales.
