Partner concentrating his practice in public and private securities offerings, financings and acquisitions, and acts as counsel to US and foreign companies, and broker-dealers on securities and other regulatory issues. In addition he has experience handling mezzanine financings, high-yield debt financings, MTN programmes and leveraged financings. He also acts for corporations in mergers and acquisitions and restructurings. Areas of expertise include capital markets, M&A, MBOs, bank and mezzanine financings, and corporate and commercial.
