Rupert has experience of public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, IPO’s, corporate finance and general company and commercial matters, generally with a cross-border element. He acts for family offices, private equity investors, individuals, privately owned businesses and public companies. Rupert has significant recent African-related experience both on inward investments into Africa as well as on transactions by African clients internationally. He has particular experience and interest in mining, consumer goods, energy and financial services sectors. He has spent most of his career to date in London but has also worked in Germany and has experience of acting for German clients on international transactions and international clients investing in Germany.

On the real estate side, Weber and¬†Eleanor West¬†advised Prime Kapital on a joint venture with MAS Real Estate to create a ‚ā¨260m Central and Eastern European commercial property business.¬†Stuart Mathews¬†is recommended as an ‚Äėoutstanding corporate lawyer with excellent knowledge in other areas; he is down to earth, and service minded‚Äô.¬†Lisa O‚ÄôNeill¬†has particular expertise in the oil & gas sector, and recently represented Actuant in the sale of its Viking Sea Tech business to Acteon Group, which provides mooring solutions for the offshore oil and gas market.
