Position

Partner Jorge Arciniega advises individuals and companies throughout the world on intellectual property (IP) matters, with an emphasis on trademark and copyright matters, including creation, clearance, registration and enforcement. He has more than 30 years of experience guiding companies in global trademark portfolio management. He has personally participated in enforcement actions in numerous countries, including China, Turkey, Colombia, Guatemala and Germany. Jorge also has extensive experience advising clients with respect to commercial exploitation of their intellectual property rights.
