In another highlight, Ronceros and the ‘great’ Rafael Puiggros assisted Citibank and Citibank del Perú on a $65.5m financing to three subsidiaries of Gloria Group, involving the modification of an existing agreement under New York law; some of the funds were channelled through COFIDE, which was also advised by the firm. Also recommended are: Ignacio López de Romaña, who acted as local counsel for Golder Associates and its subsidiaries in a $201m cross-border secured credit facility from a multinational syndicate of banks; and Antonio Guarniz, who assisted Aventura Plaza with a $36.8m financial leasing granted by Scotiabank Perú.
