Paul Kukish is a partner in the New York office of Latham & Watkins. Mr. Kukish has a broad mergers and acquisitions practice, encompassing both public and private acquisitions, dispositions, tender offers, co-investments, joint ventures and general corporate matters, including corporate governance and takeover defense. He has represented numerous public companies and private equity firms in transactions involving US and non-US companies across a wide range of industries, including energy, retail, commodities, telecommunications and manufacturing. He has also represented issuers, underwriters and initial purchasers in numerous debt and equity securities offerings.
