Position
Simon Dickens is a partner in Latham & Watkins’ London office. He has represented developers, lenders and governmental entities in oil and gas, LNG, petrochemical, fertiliser, power generation, solar power and other commodity-based projects, with significant experience in structuring and documenting the commercial arrangements amongst the parties to the transactions as well as structuring debt, equity and security arrangements and documenting sophisticated finance transactions. In addition, he has represented companies raising debt capital in the US and UK capital markets, major insurance companies and other institutional investors acquiring corporate debt issuances, and has experience in structuring complex real estate, hotel and gaming ?and tax-driven corporate financings. Mr Dickens is also a member of the firm’s Africa, India, oil and gas, energy and Islamic finance practice groups.
