Position

Maria Cristina Storchi is a partner in the Milan office. Her practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions and private equity deals, public tender and exchange offers, restructurings, general corporate representation, capital markets transactions, privatizations. Ms. Storchi has been involved in large Italian and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and restructuring transactions and she has considerable experience advising listed companies.

Career

Prior to joining Latham in 2008,

Ms. Storchi began her career in 1989 as an associate at the Professor G. Scorza firm. In 1993 she left Scorza to become a senior associate at the Cera Cappelletti firm, which in April 1995 merged with Erede and Associati (the predecessor to Bonelli Erede Pappalardo). She became a partner at Bonelli in 2000

Andrea Novarese and Maria Cristina Storchi advised Sardinia-based Italian airline Alisarda on its debt rescheduling; Novarese also assisted Morfini, an Italian shipping company, with a restructuring agreement with several banks.
