Asia practice

With strength in financial, business and regulatory centres across Asia, Latham has represented some of the region’s most active and strategic deal makers. Latham & Watkins’ team in Singapore specialises in a range of practice areas, including: capital markets, M&A, joint ventures, private equity, banking, restructuring, and project development and finance, with a particular focus on power and oil and gas projects. The Singapore office includes one of the region’s leading Indonesia practice groups, which has been involved in many of the most important infrastructure, M&A, restructurings, privatisations, and corporate finance transactions in Indonesia in recent years. The firm also has a renowned India practice, which comprises more than 50 attorneys.
