Recent highlights include advising Abengoa on a $650m Rule 144A offering; Parques Reunidos on its $430m Rule 144A senior notes issuance; and Ontex on a $1.14bn bonds issuance, in which Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch were the joint book runners, and Credit Suisse and JPMorgan were initial purchasers.
