Gavin Gordon is a partner in the private equity group in Kirkland’s London office. He focuses his practice on leveraged buy-outs, and mergers and acquisitions. He focuses on acting principally for private equity funds and has advised many private equity funds and corporate clients on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance transactions, equity and debt fund raisings and restructurings.
