Partner, focuses on mergers and acquisitions with a particular emphasis on the energy, transportation and leisure sectors. He also has considerable experience of restructuring work. Mr. Walter has wide experience of business transactions in the European Union, the Middle East and the United States, and advises public and private companies and funds, as well as governmental agencies and has advised extensively on corporate governance issues. Clients he has recently advised include AEA Investors, Blackrock, Deutsche Bahn, Goldman Sachs, Humana, Investec Bank, McJunkin Red Man, Richmond Park Partners and Virgin Media. He also advises substantial Middle Eastern investors and state entities on their European investments.
