It advised Distell Group on the restructuring of its multi-tiered ownership structure and assisted Sealed Air Corporation with the Kenyan law aspects of its sale of Diversey Care to Bain Capital. Other work included advising Vodacom Group on the Kenyan law aspects of its acquisition of an 87.5% stake in Vodafone Kenya from Vodafone International. Andrew Mugambi is 'easy to work with and a big picture guy'. Richard Omwela and Daniel Muriu Wanjau are also key names.

It advised the Kenya Rural Roads Authority and PricewaterhouseCoopers on the PPP project to develop the Ngong-Kiserian–Isinya (D523) and Kajiado–Mashuru-Isara (D524) roads.
