Position
Mike Kingston is a partner in Covington?s London office and head of the firm?s corporate practice in Europe. He has extensive experience in general corporate and commercial matters. Much of his practice is international in its scope. Mr. Kingston has handled a wide range of public takeovers and mergers, private company and business acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and other business combinations as well as private equity and venture capital work (including institution-led leveraged acquisitions and management buy-outs). He has also been active in the international equity securities markets with experience in initial and secondary public offerings and stock market listings and equity financings and funding.
